Clermont County Public Health licenses over 900 facilities that either prepare and/or sell food. Your input is very important to us. If you have experienced unsafe food handling practices or unhealthy conditions in a food service operation, please contact us and let us know. One of our health inspectors will promptly visit the facility to investigate your complaint. While the results of our investigation are public record, you may file an anonymous complaint.

Food service complaints, unlike other types of complaints, can be reported by phone. This allows inspectors to respond as quickly as possible to ensure the health and safety of the community. Once the investigation is complete, the investigating inspector will contact you if possible to inform you of the investigation results.

Food Borne Illnesses

Often times food service complaints are associated with possible foodborne illnesses. If you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms of a possible foodborne illness, we need to talk to you. Please contact us as soon as you can.
