Clermont County Board of Health

Mission – Striving to improve Clermont County by preventing disease, promoting health, and protecting the environment.

The Board of Health is the governing body of Clermont County Public Health and has the authority to adopt rules and regulations and enact policies within the District. Board of Health meetings are open to the public.

The District Advisory Council of Clermont County Public Health makes appointments to the Board of Health. This group consists of the chairman of the trustees from each township, the mayor from each village and a Representative of the Board of County Commissioners. The District Advisory Council reviews the Annual Report of Public Health and advises the Board of Health on matters of public health within the County. The city of Milford contracts with the District Advisory Council for the provision of public health services.

Board members serve a five-year term from April 1 – March 31. Meetings are typically one to two hours long.

This notice is to inform all interested parties of the proposed revisions of the License Fees for Risk Levels I, II, III, and IV Food Service Operations or Retail Food Establishments; Vending Food Service; Temporary Food Service Operations or Retail Food Establishments; Mobile Low-Risk Food Service Operations or Retail Food Establishments; and Mobile High-Risk Food Service Operations or Retail Food Establishments being considered by the Clermont County Board of Health.  A public hearing will be held at the Public Health Office, 2275 Bauer Road, Batavia, OH 45103, at 3:30 pm on October 9, 2024. The proposed fees are as follows:
