All Birth Certificate orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are ordering a certificate for a newborn, please allow a minimum of two weeks after the child was born before requesting/ordering a Birth Certificate. Birth Certificates are $25.00 each plus the credit card service fee. Standard shipping via US Postal Service is free. Birth Certificates prior to 1908 cannot be ordered online. Please call (513)732-7499 to order a certificate prior to 1908.

Notice: Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 3705.29, it is unlawful to purposefully obtain, possess, use, sell or furnish, or attempt to obtain, possess, use, sell or furnish to another for the purpose of deception any certificate, record or certified copy of it that relates to the birth of another person, whether living or dead.

All orders received by 3:30 pm on weekdays (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed the same day. Standard shipping, (USPS First Class Mail , Free), will arrive in 3-7 days.
